Transparency
We have tools in place to ensure transparency to our members and help our suppliers earn our members’ business. Each product search result enables our members to view the supplier’s full catalog of inventory, send a message to the supplier before the purchase, and see additional information on the supplier, such as the supplier’s shipping methods and terms & conditions. We have also implemented a Seller Rating System which enables our members to review and provide peer feedback on each supplier’s level of service.
